The monthly rent is 1,030 euros including charges of the building.
Additional costs include electricity, telecommunications flat rate (for connection to Internet + some TV and international telephone services), taxe d'habitation, -
Subtotal : 1,180 euros per month , which is the
standard monthly rate payable, for a minimum rental period of 3 months,
Remaining additional costs then include only :
- a reasonable relocation fee
- renter's insurance premium
- if any, telecommunications beyond the flat rate service
Refundable safety and key deposit :
1 or 2 months of rent depending upon length of stay
Solid rent payment guarantee required.
